1. General Provisions

This website (hereinafter the "Site") is operated by Özkan ÖZEL Strategic Real Estate Asset Management. By visiting the Site, viewing its content or benefiting from the services offered, you declare that you have read, understood and accepted the terms and conditions set out below. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the Site.

"Site" refers to all pages published under the besiktasrezidans.com.tr domain and its sub-directories; "User" refers to any natural or legal person accessing the Site; "Content" refers to all articles, images, videos, tables, analyses, maps, listing details and similar materials published on the Site.

3. Purpose of the Site and Nature of the Content

The Site has been created to share information, insights and market commentary on the premium residential, residence and commercial real estate market in Beşiktaş and its surrounding districts. All content is provided for general information purposes only and does not constitute investment advice, a recommendation to buy or sell, legal opinion, tax advice or an official valuation report. Real estate markets are volatile and past performance is not an indicator of future results. Before making any purchase, sale or lease decision, it is the User's responsibility to obtain advice from qualified professionals and, where necessary, from licensed valuation firms.

4. Listing and Portfolio Information

Project, portfolio, floor area, storey, aspect, price and service charge details published on the Site are based on sources available at the relevant date and may change without prior notice. Such information does not constitute a binding offer or undertaking. Binding obligations arise only through duly signed written agreements.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All texts, photographs, videos, graphics, logos, emblems, design elements and software components on the Site are the intellectual property of Özkan ÖZEL Strategic Real Estate Asset Management or the respective rights holders and are protected under Turkish Law No. 5846 on Intellectual and Artistic Works and related legislation. Apart from short quotations with attribution and an active link to the source, the content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, adapted or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

6. User Comments and Contributions

Users may leave comments on the Site or subscribe to the newsletter. Contributions that are unlawful, insulting, threatening, discriminatory or that contain hate speech; that infringe the rights of third parties; or that constitute advertising, spam or malicious software will not be published and may be removed without notice. Users are solely responsible for the lawfulness of the content they submit.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites in order to improve the User experience. We have no control over the content, privacy practices or security of such websites and accept no liability for any damage arising from them.
