The main expectations of people who choose to live in a residence in the Beşiktaş region are to live in a well-constructed building within the city, to have a Bosphorus view if possible, security facilities, and the presence of their own parking area.

If we proceed from here, for example, I do not think that someone who lives in a detached villa in Zekeriyaköy, in a clean air, in a quiet environment, will choose residence life when they decide to move to Beşiktaş.
