What is the Current Status of Residence Projects in Beşiktaş?

Recently, I decided to focus almost all of my time on residence projects in the Gayrettepe region, where I am an expert real estate agent.
I determined my target residence projects and started my work.
There is almost no vacant space left in the Quasar Istanbul and Istanbloom projects.
Likewise, I visited Zorlu Center management today and the information I received was that there are zero residences for sale, 3-5 remaining.
I don't have clear information about Torun Center yet, but I guess they have similar content to Quasar Istanbul.
There is no free space in Selenium Twins and Selenium Panorama, I know that.
I recently visited the Maçka Residence project. There are still some unsold residential flats.
The residence projects under construction in the region, at least that I know of, are Barbaros48, Kempinski Residences Balmumcu, Nişantaşı Koru.
I think that other new projects will emerge on Barbaros Boulevard in the coming period.
