My guess is that life will begin in the relevant residence project in the not too long future.
The project, built in the Balmumcu area, on the back street of Barbaros Boulevard, has a Bosphorus view from most of the independent sections.
Along with the Kempinski Residences Balmumcu project, which is one of the projects that add value to residence life in Beşiktaş, I expect life to begin in the Barbaros 48 project in the same region soon.
I believe that the rise of qualified projects in the Beşiktaş region will also affect the demographic structure of the region.
