What are the Social Living Areas of the Quasar Istanbul Residence Project?

Over the weekend, I presented our fully furnished 2+1 flat for rent, which I worked on in the Quasar Istanbul residence project, to our customer.
Our flat is 120 m2 net and 165 m2 gross.
Our apartment, which has a panoramic Bosphorus view from every room, is one of the most valuable living spaces in Beşiktaş.
Our luxuriously furnished residence apartment also has a bathtub, 2 bathrooms and 3 WCs.
Our customer asked about the social living areas in the project.
As I informed him, there is an open terrace, a small indoor cafe and a small fitness area on the 8th floor, which is a common area.
Apart from these, there is a common meeting and TV viewing area on the relevant floor, the 38th floor.
The project also includes a 2-car parking garage and a storage area for our residence flat.
