Current View of Beşiktaş Region Residence Flat Prices

About a month ago, when I met with a property owner who had a residence in the Beşiktaş region, he said that he sold his residence in the Selenium Twins project about six months ago and was now looking for a place in the same project again.
When he stated the sales price, it seemed interestingly high to me.

Construction of especially A+ residence projects has started in the Beşiktaş region in the last year. 
Nişantaşı Koru, Barbaros48, Kempinski Balmumcu, Next Level, Polat Levent Exclusive are the rising projects in the Nisbetiye street area.
I think that the price levels in these projects have and will continue to push up the price levels of existing residence projects.
