Yesterday I went to visit the sales office of the Yoo Istanbul residence project, located on the border of Levazım, Ortaköy.

When I left the visit, the things I remembered about the project were the following.
The project is 6 years old.
In the project consisting of 11 blocks, the building has 5.5 floors.
The social living spaces content has all the facilities that should be in an upper segment residence project.
In the residence project, flats start from 2.5+1. (There is an independent section for some flats on the 0.5th floor and the house helpers can stay there if desired.)
Some flats have Bosphorus views, while others have city and landscape views.
The project has been realized in a quiet area due to its location.
The clearest information I remember about the project is that great attention is paid to the people who will live in Yoo Istanbul.
According to the information I received from the sales office, there are many famous and well-known people living in the project, from different professional groups, and great attention is paid to new arrivals.
