A real estate agent colleague with an office in Ataşehir contacted me this week.
He told me that he only works with for-sale plaza offices, hospitals, shopping malls, and five-star hotels for his international investor clients and wanted to get details about my old plaza office, which he'd seen a picture of, and that he wanted to know more about it.

He told me that he only works with for-sale plaza offices, hospitals, shopping malls, and five-star hotels for his international investor clients and wanted to get details about my old plaza office, which he'd seen a picture of, and that he wanted to know more about it.
When I told him that the sale process for that property was finalized and that he could follow my current, sole authorized portfolios on my website, he replied:
"I know the website link where you post your portfolios, and I check it regularly."
One of the fundamental requirements for a real estate agent to generate attractive value for their clients is to maximize visibility in target areas.
Considering other examples I've experienced, I can now confidently say this:
"I've become a household name in Beşiktaş, especially in the mid-range and upper-segment real estate sector. Not just in Beşiktaş, but throughout Istanbul, and even to a certain extent throughout Turkey."
My main goal is to become a household name in upper-segment real estate and to be able to carry this vision to international target countries.
