Another important point is that a courthouse-certified translator in the language spoken by the seller must be present on the day of sale. It is important to request official documents beforehand.
Afterwards, the seller must apply for sale by entering the relevant documents into the webtapu system. During the sales application, the seller must also specify a residence address in Turkey to the system.
Finally, it is essential for the seller to have his passport and country ID card with him on the day of sale.
