The price per m² of flats with Bosphorus view in Yılmazlar 1 Apt, one of the most popular living areas of Etiler Çamlık region, is around 320 thousand TL.
After the earthquake, the demand for villas increased noticeably.
Villas are mainly clustered in Levent, Etiler and Bebek regions.
The sales price per m² of villas varies between 8-10 thousand USD.
