About My Perspective on the Real Estate Profession

I have been in the real estate profession for 5 years and at this point, I think one of the main issues to focus on is "integrity".
All activities carried out under my company must contribute directly and intensively to the main goal.
As Özkan ÖZEL Emlak, our entire field of activity is focused on upper segment real estate in the Beşiktaş region.
The main reason why Beşiktaş is in the upper segment is both my personal qualities and our ability to engage in attractive and constantly developing marketing activities in the international arena.
In this context, residence projects are among our main focus points.
On the digital side, I have a companion who is an expert in his field.
I also have a partner firm on the legal side.
On the real estate side, I do not currently have a teammate.
In the future, if my team is formed, it will consist of people who focus only on Beşiktaş upper segment real estate.
Unless someone extra special comes along, my team will consist of buyer and seller experts.
In automobile analysis, there is the concept of filling and going.
In my current real estate journey, I tell myself the same concept from time to time, and I start to feel it all the time.
Life is the only source that will not lie to people or make mistakes. As long as we can establish the right communication language with him.
