A New Living Space is Born in Beşiktaş: Kent Etiler

A large urban transformation work has been carried out in a very large area in the Beşiktaş Akat mh region for about 2 years.
The name of the project that will emerge when the urban transformation is completed is Kent Etiler.
The project will include independent villas, roof terraces, flats with terrace gardens, residence flats and office living spaces.
The landscape area of the project will be 110,000 m² and there will be 1,220 residences, 96 offices and 166 commercial areas (shops).
The project is located adjacent to the TEM highway, 2 km from Akmerkez, 4 km from Zorlu Center and 2.5 km from Bebek.
Upper segment residence projects started to rise on Barbaros Boulevard, Büyükdere Cd and Nisbetiye Cd in Beşiktaş.
